Join the highly collaborative educational publishing firm—the country’s premier creator of Jewish educational materials. Become part of the team developing books, software, and other materials that engage and attract learners of all ages, in schools and beyond, on computers and mobile devices, in venues throughout North America. They are continuously reimagining education here; be part of that effort.
Behrman House is the market leader; almost every religious school in North America uses some of the books and software they develop.
You will help them expand the reach and scope of their work by developing new educational materials and adapting existing ones; identifying new applications, uses, and learning environments for our existing products; building connections between the Firm and the educational community, and building connections among users.
As part of the team you will:
- Adapt, revise, and update existing publications for use in new markets, including digital, and different learning environments
- Develop guidebooks, curriculum plans, and other materials to help educators make the best use of our work.
- Create and implement communications and marketing plans to promote our materials.
- Create public conversation about Firm materials, using social media, workshops, conferences, and direct one-to-one relationship building.
- Take part as a member of the Creative Team in planning and developing new curricular materials.
- Influence and inspire the next generation of North American Jews.
- Lead, and work collaboratively with, the best and most creative people in the field.
- a modern workspace that fosters collaboration and also provides for private space.
