Request analysis for individual change requests in the area of web with focus on eTransactions (i.e. forms including external interfaces)

Plan and oversee the resolution of incidents raised and solve incidents directly where possible

Create and maintain documentation

Enhance usability of eTransactions
Requirements:

Profound HTML and CSS/JavaScript knowledge

Experience with Content Management Systems as well as IT project management skills are an advantage

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Full working knowledge of German and English
