The Finance & Contracts Manager will assist, under the responsibility of the Head of Finance, Contracts & Audit Section, in the contractual and financial management of projects and programs funded by the European Union, in particular with procurement procedures, calls for proposals, contracts, payments, financial reporting and follow up of audit matters.
Tasks
His/her duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Assist with the legal and contractual aspects of the preparation of tenders and calls for proposals;

Financial and contractual initiation or verification of the contract proposals (verifying/checking conformity with the legal basis and with the European Commission procedures);

Follow-up execution and payments;

Verification of the eligibility of expenditures;

Provide advice on financial, legal and budgetary matters to the staff of the Operational Section of the Delegation;

Assist in the monitoring and financial reporting;

Analysis of audit reports and follow-up.
