ALDE is looking for Events Officer.
As Events officer, you will be part of the Communication unit and responsible for the organization of numerous high level ALDE Party events in Belgium and across Europe. This includes the follow‐up of the content as well as the logistical organization. These events are typically Party Congresses and Council meetings, Prime Ministers summits, Receptions, debates and seminars… This function requires a born organizer who is punctual and can monitor deadlines. You strive to ensure every facet of your event runs smoothly and are able to handle stress. For larger events, the Party usually works with event organising contractors and the events officer benefits from support of staff from all other units.
