Journalists specialised in foreign affairs, in particular covering the Eastern neighbourhood of the EU, are encouraged to apply to attend the seminar.
12 journalists from the EU-27 are invited to join a two-day seminar covering the Eastern Partnership (EaP) Summit that will take place on 28-29 November 2013 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Travel, accommodation and some meals will be covered by the European Commission.
