e-Learning Administrator and Data Analysis Officer – EASO

Vacancy for a post of e-Learning Administrator and Data Analysis Officer (Contract Agent) in the European Asylum Support Office (EASO)

The e-Learning Administrator and Data Analysis Officer will be working in the Centre for Training, Quality and Expertise and will be attached to two main projects: the EASO Training Curriculum, and more specifically the management of the e-learning platform and the Training Cockpit, a project focusing on training data analysis. The e-Learning Administrator and Data Analysis Officer will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:

• Providing technical and administrative helpdesk for the users of the EASO training e-Learning Platform. Answering requests or dispatching them to relevant persons in the team;
• Administration of the e-Learning Platform: registering users, creating session copies, opening training courses;
• Analysis and reporting on the data related to EASO training (from databases and surveys) by managing and developing the data collection system – the Training Cockpit;
• Follow-up of training related ICT contracts with third-party companies.

The pay for a Contract Agent FG IV (step 1) consists of a basic salary of EUR 3,145.45 supplemented with various allowances, including expatriation and family allowances.

The place of employment is Valletta Harbour (Malta).
