The European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) is a centre of European learning and development for the public sector. CAPACITY BUILDING
As a leading authority in one or more areas of capacity building, you will develop a new centre of expertise to make it one of our key areas. For this purpose you can form your own team within EIPA, together with whom you will set up an attractive and comprehensive programme, including the development and delivery of training courses, research and comparative studies.
You and your team will contribute to and play a role in the further building of the EU by sharing your knowledge with client organisations and European institutions, as well as high-level civil servants.
EIPA offers a salary in conformity with the labour market, with the possibility of a 30% tax reduction if eligible, as well as flexibility with regard to the form and the hours of the contract.
