The International SocialErasmus Team is Looking for New Members

The International SocialErasmus Team and the International Board are looking for new team members for the project.

They are looking for two members to work on their PR and graphic communication. You will have the responsibility of the internal communication which includes maintaining and updating social media platforms, creating and distributing monthly newsletter, creating graphic designs and collecting media documentation from sections. In line with this you will have the responsibility for the external communication such as maintaining and updating the website and taking care of other external representation. The two team member will work in close cooperation with ESN Internationals Communication Manager and build campaigns and promotion strategies as well as working on the branding of SocialErasmus.

The division of tasks of the two team members will be made once the appointment of them both is done. This will be deliberated and discussed with you under your interview. With this in mind the Board will tailor the two members’ skills to fit the overall task of the area of promotion. The appointment starts on the 24th of July with a team meeting in Brussels and ends on January 31st, 2015.

Projects you will work on

• SocialErasmus Newsletters (Mailchimp)

• Website (Satellite)

• Social media (mainly Facebook communication)

• Graphics and visuals

• Campaigns (as for example SocialErasmus Solidarity for Balkans)

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English

• Creative writing skills

• A team player who can also work individually

• Good project management skills

• Good understanding of SocialErasmus brand identity

• Will to reach international medias to spread the project

These skills are highly valued

• Experience in motivating people to mobilize

• Experience in launching campaigns

• Experience in graphic design

• Ability to create marketing plans
