Business Analyst – WWF, Switzerland

WWF_logoExciting opportunity for an analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for people and nature. The Business Analyst will benchmark the WWF Network and office performance against relevant market and competitive parameters. You’d be responsible for performance monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators and targets. You will also work to improve key performance indicators to measure the organisational strategies.

Location:

WWF office in Gland, Switzerland.

Main responsibilities:

  • Produce high quality strategic analyses to measure and drive performance at WWF globally and at office level. Ensure data accuracy, support and train WWF offices in their annual performance review against established KPIs with an aim of driving offices in the direction of high performing offices. Provide an external benchmarking analysis to put WWF performance in the context of external peers. Deliver specific analysis to achieve WWF current strategies.
  • Ensure ongoing development and refinement of the KPI framework to measure and drive organisational strategies. Drive the development of KPI targets for Committee approval, and monitor against them.
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of WWF New Reporting Accounting Principles and the WWF Operational Network Standards and its impact on data quality and analysis.
  • Ability to quickly understand and adopt new systems. Help developing further by providing business requirements to WWF global reporting tool also known as Insight.
  • Design and build high level impactful reports.
  • Communicate effectively analytical results to the organisation including senior management team.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation (WWF offices, WWF International staff).
