Bellabeat is a Y Combinator’s startup with headquarters in Mountain View, CA and Zagreb, Croatia. After winning Europe’s largest entrepreneurship conference in Vienna (Pioneers Festival), they got invited to attend worlds best accelerator for young entrepreneurs, Y Combinator, located in Silicon Valley and they recently closed on a $4,5 million round of founding. Bellabeat is developing products that allow pregnant women to track their pregnancy, share their experience with other moms-to-be in the community and to allow their families to be involved from the start.
As a company whose clients are primarily pregnant women who are about to experience the biggest change in their lives, Bellabeat’s responsibility is to answer all their questions, be there for them, listen to their problems and changes they’re going through in order to lead healthier pregnancy and make it more social and interactive. That’s why Customer Service is one of the most important departments in the company.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively monitor and interact with the pregnancy community online and offline
- Analyse and process information about users and provide relevant input for new products and features
- Work closely with the marketing and PR team in developing strategies, campaigns and producing supporting materials
- Attend events related to the target audience
- Communicate directly with our customers via e-mail and deal with customer inquiries and customer issues
- Provide relevant information to customers about products and invoices
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Process and analyse product orders
- Evaluate all relevant information to handle the incoming product and service inquiries
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
- Get to know and build a relationship with the customer
