Communication assistant:
What would be your role?
- Conducting research and assisting in the creation of different communication tools;
- Drafting documents, presentations and other communications material;
- Preparing, managing and updating the website
- Active contribution in day-to-day operations;
- Attendance at and reporting on internal and external meetings;
What skills, expertise and experience should you have?
- University degree, preferably Communications or Public Relation
- Experience in social media/new media applications including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Competent in MS Office programs
- The candidate must be able to work with limited supervision as well as with the larger team and have the ability to think critically and problem-solve assignment-related issues
- Entrepreneurial spirit
Operations assistant
What would be your role?
- Active contribution in day-to-day operations;
- Helping to event management (content and logistics)
- Performing various administrative tasks
- Supporting EU projects implementation
- Research on various topics
What skills, expertise and experience should you have?
- University degree;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French is an asset;
- Ability to manage stress, multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise workload;
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Internet is a must, acquaintance with other database management software is a strong advantage;
- Pragmatic, ability to take initiative and independently plan to meet deadlines;
- Self-starter, positive attitude, flexible, team player
HR/administrative assistant
What would be your role?
- Help in the new trainees’ recruitment process
- Management of the overall higher institution partners relationship
- Research on EU funding programs for traineeships
- Basic accounting tasks
- Basic office management
- Keep track of day-to-day operations
