The Contest is the project of the Real Food Media Project, a collaborative initiative using online movies and a web-based action center along with grassroots events around the country to spread the stories of sustainable food and farming. The Project is a program of Corporate Accountability International.
The organizers are especially excited to partner with School Ambassadors who are helping them connect with students who may be interested in participating in the Contest. Ambassadors are also welcome to screen the winning films on campus at the end of the Contest.
All films entered into the Contest must be made specifically for the Contest. Any entry submitted must not have been publicly screened, posted on the Internet, or submitted to a film festival in the same format that is submitted to the Contest. However, entries may be a shortened, re-edited or reformatted version of a film that was made prior to the Contest, provided that any such submission will not violate any contracts, obligations, or restrictions on submission or posting previously entered into by filmmaker or Team.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Submission deadline: 12pm PST on January 5, 2015.
