Graduates are a fundamental part of their organisation and from the beginning of their career, they work on interesting and diverse projects. If you are a graduate with excellent technical ability and knowledge, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a multidiscipline team. They are currently recruiting for their Graduate Programme intake in September 2015.

More About our Graduate Programme
As a company PM Group have long recognised the value of learning and since 1998, they’ve had a formal graduate training programme. It has evolved over the years, reflecting the needs of the business and is part of a wider programme of professional development which continues right through the career path.
Training and Development.
Conducted over four years, their award-winning Graduate Programme assists graduates to achieve their full potential and provides the criteria for competency based training and development through a combination of on-the-job training, internal and external training courses, presentations, site visits and site based work.
Mentoring
Each graduate is assigned a mentor of the duration of their training. As experienced engineers, project managers and construction services personnel, their mentors have a wealth of technical and specialist expertise to offer.
International Placements
As part of their internationalization programme, many graduates will be given the opportunity to work overseas on design and construction projects. International placements can last anything from a month to a couple of years.
Professional Chartership
Their competency based programme will contribute and support you towards becoming a chartered engineer or other chartered professional.
