PM Group is currently recruiting talented and highly competent engineering and construction services graduates with excellent technical ability and interpersonal skills. Graduates will join our world class multi-discipline engineering, architecture and project management team. These graduate positions will commence in September 2015.

The Graduate Competency Programme is a formal programme, conducted over a period of 4 years.
The programme provides the criteria for the graduate’s competency based training and development through a combination of on-the-job training, internal and external training courses, presentations and site visits and site based work.
Our programmes are fully accredited by the leading engineering institutions in the UK and abroad. It is therefore a World Leading Programme.
