The Academy of European Law (ERA) is looking for a new member of their team from 1 June 2015:
Lawyer (Course Director) in European Environmental Law
Your job will be to prepare and run training courses, organise high-level conferences and develop e-learning modules targeted at practitioners of European environmental law such as judges, prosecutors, lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel and civil servants.
Besides your expertise in European environmental law, you have strong networking and communication skills and are fluent in at least two of ERA’s three working languages (English, French, and German).
Legal practice or professional experience would be an advantage. Native English-speakers are particularly encouraged to apply.
The post is for an initial fixed term/maternity cover until 31 December 2016. The normal place of work is the city of Trier in Germany, just over the border from the EU‘s judicial capital in Luxembourg, and regular travel is part of the job.
Application deadline: 22 May 2015
