Novo Nordisk are looking for a dedicated and all-round department assistant for Internal Audits and Supplier Audits in Quality Audits.
All-round department assistant for Internal Audits and Supplier Audits in Quality Audits. Key responsibility will be to provide support to the two Department Managers, arrange/ manage meetings, seminars and travel coordination. This can include preparation of presentation material, setting up workshops and handling practical formalities. The assistant will also administrate data from various systems and be responsible for tracking of department performance, participate and assist in cross-functional activities, purchase goods and services as needed.
Eligibility/Requirements
Administrative education or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of new IT systems. Fluency in written and spoken English. Previous working experience with various IT systems like ICE and Concur is an advantage.
