Job specifications
• Well-spoken and able to represent Greenpeace in a professional and informed manner at all times, whether engaging with members of the public or GP staff
• Be available to work unsocial hours either very early in the morning or early evening per operational requirements;
• Attend training and meetings as required;
• Operate within industry and organisational Codes of Conduct and procedures;
• Fully comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). This includes keeping records securely in such a manner as to protect confidentiality of any information disclosed and retaining no records of any committed givers after submitting information to the team leader

• A high level of emotional intelligence;
• Self-motivated and with ambition to deliver the best fundraising outcomes;
• Highly motivated individual
• A persuasive and influential communicator;
• Proven customer relations and sales skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and fast passed environment.
Minimum requirements
• Minimum matric Academic qualification
• Experience in call centre will be an added advantage
• Highly developed proficiency in database, spreadsheet, PowerPoint and information presentation;
• Experience in the NGO sector will be an added advantage.
Personal competencies
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill.
• Must be initiative highly motivated / enthusiastic/ energetic.
• One or more local languages other than English;
• Access to own transport.
