The Best Climate Practices Observatory is a project of the International Center for Climate Governance (ICCG).
ICCG is a joint initiative of Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) and Fondazione Giorgio Cini, in collaboration with the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC)
All of the individuals and teams interested with ideas and projects that could lead to the solution of global issues of water and food production are welcome to join the contest. Anyone can apply regardless to experience, nationality or expertise in the field.
Submitted ideas can be either original and brand new or the ideas already published as long as they are legal ownership of the applicant. Stealing someone`s intelectual property will not be allowed and if neccesary, consent of the owner for using his/her intelectual property must be provided.
All of the projects and exhibitions must be using English.
The best idea will receive financial award. The winning project will be chosen by both, team of experts and public voting on social networks.The winner will be announced in early October and the prize awarded during a ceremony organized in the framework of Expo Milano 2015 Universal Exhibition.
ICCG will promote the winner and other deserving projects in competition through its communication channels.
Award
The winning practice of the 2015 BCP contest will be awarded 10000 euros*.
