Expedia is one of the leading online tour operators worldwide. Teleperformance is supporting this and other well-known brands in the online travel industry (from their Contact Center in Lisbon) by helping travelers to easily research, plan, book and experience their holidays or business trips, wherever they may be.
Eligibility/Requirements
Native level of spoken and written Danish (mandatory). Good level of English (minimum B1). Knowledge of the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains). Contact Center experience is a plus. Computer literacy. Excellent communication skills. Availability between 07h00 and 21h00, including rotating weekends.
Conditions
Refund of your initial flight (9 months after contract signature). Possibility to live in a room in a company-owned apartment in the center of Lisbon (for applicants who relocate to Lisbon). Job security. Opportunities for training, personal development and participation in company’s activities.
