Description of Job duties:
Establish ministry/community group partnerships resulting in more shoe box gifts which allows more opportunity to share the Gospel with children worldwide. The initial focus will be on Spanish speaking audiences, with growth into other diverse markets.
Manage, grow and deepen the Operation Christmas Child ministry brand and public awareness within diverse markets.
Generate more shoe box gifts annually through a specific focus on partnering with diverse and minority national churches, ministry and community organizations.
Strong leader, who can also take direction and messaging well and is very results oriented.
