Job Summary
The E-Learning Support Assistant shall implement and assist on operational elearning activities for the areas of LMS support to courses, webinars and online learning modules. This shall include tasks related to operational initiation of procurement and other activities with a contractual implication.
Key Accountabilities
Working in close cooperation with E- Learning Officer, this successful candidate shall:
• Support and deliver CEPOL’s e-learning activities, products and services ;
• Support marketing of CEPOL e-learning activities;
• Moderate the CEPOL LMS based on Moodle, ensuring the appropriate support to courses, seminars, webinars resources & online modules is in place; be the first line of support to National e-Net Managers (NeMs) and educators raising LMS related issues; and ticket/follow up relevant issues occurring on e-Net’s LMS to the external contractor;
• Prepare both face-to-face and online meetings related to e-learning, such as webinar preparations, module experts for content development/revision, Annual NeMs Meetings, course preparatory meetings, etc.
• Collect user data for management reporting for webinars, online modules, online learning modules, platforms and courses;
• Moderate online learning modules using the CEPOL authoring tool for updates and the LMS for module implementation;
• Assist in the setup, opening and moderation of webinars;
• Assist in the planning, preparation and implementation of procurement activities.
The working language of the agency is English.
The estimated basic monthly salary shall be € 2,364.28, dependent upon relevant experience. The correction coefficient (currently on date of publication of vacancy notice is 71.4%) for Hungary shall apply. The salary is free of national taxation.
