Twelve cities across Europe have applied to become the European Youth Capital in 2015. This list has been narrowed down to a shortlist of four, Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Ivanovo (Russia), Varna (Bulgaria) and Vilnius (Lithuania). Saturday night we will know the name of the winner European Youth Capital in 2015!
