Function description
As part of the Nestlé needs YOUth initiative, they are recruiting a trainee to support the communication activities of their European Affairs Office in Brussels.
Your job will involve support for all communication activities in Brussels related to Nestlé’s 150 Years Anniversary.
This will include :
– Event planning & organisation
– Event planning & organisation
– Drafting of communication material
– Media monitoring
– Administrative follow-up of the event
Profile
They are looking for an energic, creative and outward-looking personality. Ideally, you would bring the following demonstrable skills :
– You are able to convincingly communicate both orally and in writing
– You can manage your own tasks and have a planned and structured approach
– Very good written and spoken English and excellent knowledge (preferably native speaker) of at least 1 of the following languages : Italian/Spanish/Portuguese.
Good understanding of EU institutions and policy-making procedures is definitely a plus.
