The State of Kuwait, in coordination with UNDP, strives to enhance institutional capacities at various Government agencies. In this context, the technical office of the State Minister for Planning and Development Affairs at SCPD intends to recruit an international senior expert in Macroeconomics and Strategic Planning Techniques or relevant areas to assist in enhancing its strategic planning mandates.
Objectives of the consultancy:
- Enhance SCPD capacity building efforts in Macroeconomic Modeling and Strategic Planning Techniques;
- Improve the Economics Strategic planning and economic analysis and related tasks of the SCPD in development with high efficiency and in timely manner;
- Enhance the analysis process of macroeconomic modeling, planning techniques and related specialized studies.
