SOS Children’s Villages International is the global federation of 117 national SOS Children’s Villages associations, working together with a single vision: to ensure that every child grows with love, security and respect.
SOS Children’s Villages International wishes to appoint to the following post: Finance & Controlling Coordinator.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide funding information, and support an efficient and transparent matching of the financial needs of National Associations (NAs) with available funds at international level

Coordinate the budgeting process for member associations

Manage funds and transfers and monitor NA accounting
-
Consolidate and check the NAs’ external audit packages and share them with funding associations
-
Steer, carry out and monitor statistical data entry, consolidate and publish statistics

Support development of financial policies and guidelines and monitor implementation
-
Coordinate finance crisis management
Requirements:

Solid commercial education with knowledge of accounting and financial controlling

Excellent communication and organisational skills with service-oriented mind-set
-
Fluent in German and English; Spanish and/or French are an asset

Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook

A minimum annual gross salary of €33,250. Actual annual salary will depend on qualifications and professional experience
