The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights is looking for Finance Officer
The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is the principal institution of the OSCE responsible for the human dimension. ODIHR is active throughout the OSCE area in the fields of election observation, democratic development, human rights, tolerance and non-discrimination, and the rule of law. ODIHR’s assistance projects and other activities are implemented in participating States in accordance with ODIHR’s mandate.
Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Head of Common Services / Chief of Finance and the overall supervision of the Second Deputy Director, the incumbent co-ordinates within the ODIHR and with the OSCE Secretariat on all matters relating to extra-budgetary contributions and manages the budget sub-units to ensure that ODIHR departments receive day-to day financial services.
