For the branch of Belgrade (Serbia) of an Italian company accompanying companies through the digital transformation, B On Board is looking for a: General Manager.
Responsibility:
Coordination of branch activities
Direct management of customer relations in the Balkans
Project supervision during the execution phase, with the support of local and Italian staff
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of Serbian (mother tongue or equivalent) and excellent knowledge of English
Specialized degree, preferably in economic or scientific subjects
At least 5 years of experience in managerial or technological consulting companies or in the business area of information technology and digital solutions companies
Knowledge of the work environment and the economic and entrepreneurial system of the Balkan countries
Additional skills:
Knowledge of Italian and other languages is a preferential title
Leadership skills
Dynamic, autonomous person with strong attitude to relationships
Basic knowledge in communication and technology
Flexibility and advisory thinking mindset
A goal-oriented person, inclined to face new challenges
