Between 23 September and 23 October 2013, the European Union will organise one month of online debates (in 24 EU languages) with EU policy-makers, citizens, businesses, organisations and media.
The aim is to stimulate a dialogue between Europeans and collect as many ideas as possible that could be taken into account when policy is made.
