Youth sector intern – Support to youth and education advisers for the Division for the Integration and Promotion of the Law (DC_IPL)
DC_IPL activities targeting young people include the development and implementation of education programmes, such as Exploring Humanitarian Law (EHL), as well as the design of education projects for young people at risk of being involved in violence. Since young people may also have an important influence on the fate of people affected by armed conflict and other situations of violence, they are also part of the DC_IPL multi-stakeholder approach aimed at fostering an environment conducive to respect for IHL and other relevant norms and ICRC humanitarian action.
DC_IPL is offering a one-year paid internship entailing the following tasks: desk research and analysis, preparation of briefing notes, development of monitoring tools, event organization, and information management. The intern will work under the joint supervision of the Youth and Education Advisers.
