With ten million Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from 146 countries, the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) is the largest voluntary movement dedicated to girls and young women in the world. The Association delivers innovative global education programmes, community work and advocacy action at local, national and international level, through our five regions and four World Centres.
They are looking for a member of staff to maintain information and communication flow with our Member Organisations across Europe, including acting as the first point of contact for all routine member questions.
This position will involve inputting, tracking and taking a critical approach to the data needed to ensure Committee Members, volunteers, staff and WAGGGS World have the information needed to provide support to Member Organisations.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working with administrative and knowledge management systems, together with experience of adapting communications to a range of international audiences. You will have strong analytical skills including the ability to consider linkages between organisational priorities, projects and other initiatives. You will have the ability to manage a complex, varied and often demanding workload whilst keeping to deadlines and ensuring important issues are dealt with. You should be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
Salary: circa €2,200 to €2,6000 per month plus benefits
