Place: FIA Region I office in Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 4 to 6 months (agreement with university necessary)
Starting date: 1 March 2018
The role:
The tasks would be mainly focused on policy support, working together with the Policy Director and Policy Managers.
Tasks would include but not be strictly limited to:
- Support in policy monitoring, drafting news items & summaries, support events organisation and lobbying strategies
- Input information on our website and policy monitoring tools
- General administrative support like drafting of documents, preparing presentations
- Providing information for communications activities
- Participate in internal and external meeting activities
Profile:
University student seeking work experience in Brussels within an international team. Qualities required include a high level of English both written and spoken, and good analytical skills. Knowledge of the EU decision-making process is a plus but is not required.
We are offering a full-time internship, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), from 9-18h.
If you are not currently a student, you are not eligible for this position.
A stipend will be given covering a part of the living costs in Brussels
