Project Control Officer
- The jobholder’s tasks and responsibilities will in principle include, without limitation: Preparing the project control processes and tools required to properly manage the GNSS programme and internal GSA schedule, risks, actions and documentation
- Supporting the development and implementation of appropriate project control metrics as contractual provisions applicable to externalised activities, including participation in tender evaluations in particular from a cost assessment perspective
- Ensuring the management of the GNSS programme assets in close cooperation with the European Commission
- Preparing communications and reporting to the European Commission and Member States on the GNSS programme and GSA plans and status
- Supporting the development of the GSA programming documents and other documents and reports, and associated meetings, as required
- Liaising with the GSA administrative departments to ensure efficient and effective administration
- Support the project management office tasks of the department for the programmes, such as schedule, risk and action management, secretariat of key boards, etc.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of GSA corporate-level project control processes in particular in support of quality management as required
- Supporting the Head of Project Control for additional topics as required
