Under the direct supervision of our Head of Justice Technology you will:
- Help design online dispute resolution procedures and be closely involved in translating the development roadmap of an online justice platform into clear user stories.
- Translate the experiences of parties and legal professionals with online justice into clear management reports.
- Support our partners (who are courts, legal aid boards and other access to justice organisations) in providing a great experience to the users of the Rechtwijzer by solving issues reported by users.
- Provide first-line support, analyse issues and triage them internally and externally.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the platform through Quality Assurance testing.
