Vacancy Notice for the position of
Regional Cooperation Officer in the Gas Department
In the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER)

The Agency is looking for a Regional Cooperation Officer, who would be assigned to its Gas Department and will report to the Team Leader of the Framework Guidelines / Network Code Team in the Gas Department.
The duties of the Regional Cooperation officer will include the following:
• Contribute to the Agency’s activities in the Gas Regional Initiative process, including the early implementation projects, the promotion of regional market integration and the preparation of the relevant reports about the regions on a yearly and biannual basis;
• Contribute to the preparation of the Agency’s reports on Network Code implementation monitoring, as referred to in Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No.
715/2009;
• Contribute to the preparation of Framework guidelines, Opinions and Recommendations which the Agency issues, based on the Regulations (EC) Nos.
713/2009 and 715/2009
• Provide scrutiny for the acts of the Agency planned for adoption by the Director, for the submission to the Board of Regulators, the Administrative Board or the Board of Appeal in his/her field of activity, as defined above.
Assistance to other areas of work of the Agency and the Gas Department may be required at times, according to needs and priorities, as defined by the Director of the Agency and the Head of the Gas Department.

The Agency is located in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
