World Vision is looking for a Resource Development Manager for World Vision Mali, based in Bamako, Mali.
He/She will provide leadership on the successful pre-positioning for, acquisition of, start-up of, and reporting on new projects that include grants, private sector funds, and major donor funds.
He/She will implement strong and effective donor engagement, as well as high quality results-oriented staff capacity building, The Manager plays a critical role in helping World Vision achieve its strategic objectives by expanding and improving its contributions to child well-being Mali through annually increased and diversified project funding.
Key Requirements:
-Degree in a related field
-10+ years relevant experience, including management experience
-French/English fluency
-Experience with bilateral, multilateral, & foundation donors
