The Energy Community Secretariat published a call for expression of interest aimed at establishing a roster of experts for providing assistance to the Secretariat in the framework of its activities, including in the framework of grant contracts concluded between the Energy Community Secretariat and the European Commission and other donors.
The sought expertise comprises consultancy services; legal services; IT services; training, communication and other services.
The roster of experts is valid for up to four years. Applications may be submitted at any time during the validity of this list, with the exception of the last three months.
