Smart Workspace Design Summit
7-8 April 2016, Amsterdam, Netherlads
The nature of work is changing: it is more global, more team-based, and increasingly dependent on information technology. More and more attention is being paid to the physical environment in which such work is done because it has been proved that implementing smart office concepts results in higher levels of performance, collaboration and motivation.
In the past few years, there has been a definite shift in how people view the office space – an office building is not just a collection of chairs and desks anymore. It has become something much more than that. Managers are struggling to cope with the many challenges of designing workspaces to best meet the needs of their organizations, employees and other stakeholders as there is a need for a new way of working – one that is designed for the end user, the worker, the human.
Following up the very successful previous annual in 2015, Fleming Europe is proud to announce the 2nd edition of the Smart Workspace Design Summit designed for Workplace Strategists, HR Professionals, Facility Managers and Business Leaders who want to reach higher levels of performance, flexibility, collaboration and retention by embracing the future of design and technology in their workplaces.
