Facebook is looking for SMB Pages Analyst (Italian).
Responsibilities

Become an expert in Page-related products and solutions

Consult and support DSO, MMS, SMB, and related groups within GMS to improve Page engagement for largest clients

Engage directly with Page Admins to resolve common Page Admin inquiries (e.g. Place claim, merge, name change, etc.)

Leverage insights from Page Admin interactions to drive process, policy and product changes and increase Page Admin satisfaction
-
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sources, identify trends, and drive improvements to the Page Admin experience
-
Collaborate with other members of SMB to develop strategies for increasing product adoption within your market(s).

Requirements

BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution

Avid user of Facebook
-
Sharp attention to detail, passion for Page Admin success, strong communication skills, keen creative problem-solving, and dogged determination

Ability to collaborate across Page Ops, Sales, XFN partners, and multiple time zones and cultures
-
Driven, with the ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment

Previous experience with data analysis, routing and automation, content creation, project management, mentorship, or policy strongly desired

Fluency in English and Italian
