Quaker Council for European Affairs (QCEA) is advertising for a Transition Manager to join their team in Brussels to undertake a strategic review of our programmes and methods of work, to help them become more focused and effective in our European advocacy on behalf of Friends. Working closely with other staff and governance members, the postholder will make recommendations for improvement; s/he will also share responsibility for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the organisation, including staff management and fundraising.
This senior post is suitable for candidates with experience in programme reviewing or planning (particularly in NGOs), effective team leadership and a collaborative approach. Analytical ability, financial skills and understanding of the values/methods of work of Quakers important.
Experience of European institutions and French or Dutch language an advantage.
