Turkish-speaking Court Support Assistant (Grade B1/B2)

Job mission
Under the authority of the Registrar of the Court and a Head of a legal Division, and initially under close supervision, the incumbent will provide a variety of secretarial support, in compliance with general guidelines and priorities and with a concern for quality, efficiency and accuracy.

Key activities
The incumbent performs the following key duties:
- processes judgments, minutes, decisions and other documents of the Court;
- drafts and formats standard correspondence; prepares correspondence according to the appropriate instructions;
- uses applications database: enters and maintains case-related data in the Court Management Informations System (CMIS);
- handles and files mail and documents;
- keeps electronic and paper files up-to-date;
- looks after lists, databases and statistics related to the cases;
- answers telephone requests for information; receives and guides visitors and applicants;
- attends training courses to acquire and deepen knowledge specific to the job.
