The office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) seeks a Liaison Officer in Luxembourg, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
Qualifications:
University degree in International Relations or Law, preferably with a focus on human rights and refugee law with a minimum of 4 years (2 years with Advanced University degree) of relevant professional experience. Familiarity with Refugee Status Determination is an asset.
The candidate must be a good verbal and written communicator. Demonstrated negotiation, network and presentation skills are also required.
Language skills: Fluent written and oral language skills in English and French.
IT skills: Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Internet.
