On January 1st 2015 the Delft University of Technology launched the Delft Global Initiative, intended to bundle and boost all TU Delft activities in the field of science and technology for global development. The main goal is to meaningfully improve the lives of people living in poverty, using interdisciplinary technical research and working closely with partners in the developing world.
Job description
TU Delft has established the Delft Global Research Fellowships, PhD projects on global development challenges. In June, the first seven Fellowships were granted on topics ranging from drinking water and water management to health and energy. These seven PhD positions are now open for application.
The 7 positions are briefly as follows:

Requirements
A Master’s degree is required.
Salary: € 2.125 to € 2.717 gross per month with full-time appointment
